I am currently researching the Thacker family who originate from Benwick, Ramsey, Whittlesea area, any help or suggestions would be gratefully welcomed.

In 1861 census there are 11 Thackers born in Benwick, 20 born in Ramsey and 1 born in Whittlesea!

Any specific names, dates and family?

Dear Caseybee 
                      Keith many thanks for the info so far, yes I would be most grateful for the Ramsey details and any others in Huntingdonshire. As Benwick is in the northen most part of Cambridgeshire it appears that the family did marry into most of the surrounding villages some even as far afield as Peterborough and Northamptonshire. At the moment I have not found any links further afield than the above.
