This site really deserves to be bumped up.  It's recently been updated and more is due (she's just visited Donegal).  It contains a wealth of resources including the censuses, Griffiths valuation, Parish records, monumental inscriptions, maps and photographs.

As you say this totally free site really deserves to be bumped up. Lindel Buckley, and other researchers, have done a great job of work in compiling so much 18th, 19th & early 20th century resources which provide a large amount of assistance to people searching for information regarding their ancestors from County Donegal. There are a 1,428 pages of transcriptions at the moment and there's still a lot more to come.
