Hi Cheryle,

I thought I would look for a possible marriage of William King and Mary in Downton. I found two for 1813. One to a Mary Prince and the second to a Mary Batten.  It looks as though you have a puzzle to try and solve :-\

Kind Regards,

Frances :)

Hi Frances ;D I did send you a reply earlier but i was in the middle of discussing something with my son and lost the whole thing somewhere!  Just to say again that i have been so lucky in the help i have received from all the lovely Rootschatters on the Wiltshire Boards. I Have only been struggling in the last few weeks and for the first time really have had to ask for advice or lookups and each time someone has found some brilliant info for me that has got me kickstarted again....thank you so much for taking the time to look through for  me.

                        very best wishes cheryle.f
