Got a Thomas Stackhouse c1826, Pelsall, Staffordshire. With his wife and 2 kids living in Walsall Foreign, Staffordshire.

Thank you for your info. Sorry I forgot to say that he was born in Pelsall and his wife was Sarah so I think yours is correct Caz. Could you post all the details for me?

Puzzling! The facts all fit apart from the wife's name. I will have to re-check my original research.

I've just found a Thomas c1813........ Pelsall married to a Sarah c1820 from Pelsall, they're living in Walsall Wood, Staff.

Could this be him,  the birth year is out by a few years though..

It may be, some of the birth years in the family have proved to be unreliable although those do sound a bit out. There should be a daughter named Emily in the family aged about 10 in 1861 born Pelsall, if that helps.
