Here's my attempt at smoothing out this picture.

As you can see, I'm useless at picture restoration.  I'm not bothered about the bad colouring - this was my pre-element attempt - I am beginning to get the hang of this now, but repairing, as I said, useless!  I think you will all agree I need help with that side of things!
