marriage certificates

i have been looking for a wedding certificate for a moses hadlington for some time , i have now come across the name as addlington on ancestory .com i have found one married 1844 in dudley but his wifes name is not on it there is  two females neither are his wife ,i know they had a child in 1843 and weren't married  so it is very possible that it is the correct one ,also i found them married oct 1844 on the LDS is there anyway of finding out before i send for the certificate i know at my local register office you can send e-mails to verify names but i dont know if others do it

What part of the country did they come from....what was his wife's name?

he came from dudley in worcestershire and his wife was called jane massey

I have checked 1837 on line and found a Jane Massey , marriage, Dudley December qtr. 1844  volume 18 page 394......which is a match of the one for Moses Addlington on Ancestry.
