Lookup request: Lawson in Nairn, 1881
« on: Wednesday 05 October 05 21:06 BST (UK) »
Hi there,

I'm trying to locate the family of Robert & Jessie LAWSON.  Jessie was at 13 Church Street in 1871.  Three children were also present; husband Robert was absent.

Jessie would have been about 46 in 1881.  Children include Alexander, Robert, James and William.

Thanks in advance,

Shane

Hi Nell,

Thanks for the prompt report.  I didn't say where Jessie was born because that's one of the things I want to confirm (due to conflicting data).

I know that her husband Robert Lawson was dead by 1886, so this information looks promising -- looks like he died before 1881.

Sons' ages line up too, so this definitely looks like them!

Much appreciated,

Shane
