SPELLER, Charles, birth or baptism, FYFIELD

I am looking for the correct maiden name of Charles Speller's mother. 
Charles was born in 1859, Fyfield, Essex. His father's name is William (born 1824, Abbotts Roothing/Abbess Roding)

Mother's first name is Mary Ann, and she was born abt. 1827, in High Ongar.

I had her down as Surridge, and now think she may be Little, as 1851 census shows William's father in law to be a Little.
I can't figure out which one is the correct one..   

Any help appreciated.

The SPELLER and SURRIDGE marriage took place in the December qtr, of 1852.  If you found them married in the 1851 census, then this marriage is unlikely to be the right one.
