No, you could not view the certificate details online, you would have to purchase the certificate for full details. If you need details of how to do so follow the link below. Parish Records if you can find them should also give parents names. The other way of possibly finding the parents is by the census as offered by Mick.

Hi Micky  yes my father in law had three brothers  but dont know names and one sister who we think was called pat/patrica

There's no Pat/Patricia

Here are the details for the Back family on the 1901 census,they were the only family with that surname that I could find in Ramsgate or Broadstairs.

If the details that Frances posted relate to the Cecil Back that you are searching for then this MIGHT be his family.

Hi Mick thanks for the help 
yes the cecil back that frances posted  is my father in law  not sure about the ones you sent as my husband can only remember his father having five brothers and one sister seems strange  think I will have to try and get fathers birth cert and check parents names then will know .
one down one to go got to now find mother in laws familt and that is a different story as we are not sure were her family comes from we know mum was born in india  so that is a problem on it own but guess we might drop lucky you never know  thanks for your help will let you know how I get on
