Hi and welcome to Rootschat.
If you could provide a few more details, and in particular dates, then maybe we could help you more with info.

Hi
the information I have is Thomas Cobley born 1763/4 was a Mariner.  He was buried in 7 April 1833 aged 69 at Brixham, Devon.
had three children Elizabeth William and Henry.
The Smith I am looking for is a William Laurence Smith who married Jessie Robinson a descendant of Thomas Cobley.  Jessie was born 1910 at Montague Street, Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire.   William Laurence Smith was born 6 April 1907, in Hildyard St, Grimsby.  His parents were Geord Smith and Lydia Smith formerly Cullum
William and Jessie came out to New Zealand and lived at Flock house.   I would like to no when they came and what boat etc.  If possible.
If it is easier for you to correspond with me my email address if ftree52@yahoo.co.nz.  I no they dont advise to use it on here but i get confused as to how to use this site.
Happy searching
Jenny
