Need an expert on reading WW1 medal Cards.
« on: Sunday 22 August 04 02:47 BST (UK) »
Need someone that is good at reading medal cards and understands abbreviations etc.

I have downloaded a G.Grandad (not in person) and cannot read or understand what the abbreviations stand for.

I cannot post (have tried) as it comes up pdf file too big. Will have to send through personal message.

Thank you ele..

Hi Ele,

There is a list of descriptions of rank and unit abbrevations used on WW1
medal cards which may help with your query on:-

Ele,

If you send your oversized file to email removed  then we can have a go at attaching it for you.
