I am looking for connections and information on the Crampton family of Whitechapel and Bethnal Green
 
Robert Henry Crampton and Maria Sparkes in the June quarter 1860 in Bethnal Green, London
Robert was the son of John Crampton,born 1800-1810,harness and whip maker  
 
Pigots' Company's Directory of London, September 1839
John Crampton, Harness and whip maker, 3 Great Garden St. Whitechapel.  
   
Maria was the daughter of Thomas Sparkes and Elizabeth Sailes of Whitechapel, London. Maria was born in the 31st January 1840 at St. Mathews ,Bethnal Green, London.

Crampton,  1871 Census  3, Collingwood St., Bethnal Green.
Robert H Crampton 34 years, born Whitechapel, London. Occupation - Cooper,
Maria Crampton 30 years, born Bethnal Green, London. Occupation - Brush drawer
Robert Crampton 11 years born Bethnal Green, London
Elizabeth Crampton 6 years born Bethnal Green, London
Edward Crampton 2 years born Bethnal Green, London

Just to let you know I could not find your Crampton or Sparkes families in the Bethnal Green 1851 census index/

Thankyou for checking the 1851 Census for Bethnal Green.
I think the Cramptons would have been in Whitechapel around 1851.
