A L Gorden, at present officiating in the above named place of worship, St Leonards on Sea.

This place of Worship has been closed for about 2 years till Autumn 1850. Mr Gordan then on a visit to St Leonards with his family arranged for the re-opening of it - in the hope of some Evangelical Christain Denomination undertaking the permanent responsibility to supply. In this hope he has hitherto been disappointed.  The place of Worship is yet in an unsettled state as respects the Denomination, Minister and other Interests.
