Trevor, I have surname interests in the PAGE, PERKINS, TOMLINSON families who were living in the South Normanton area.

HENSTOCK, WARD, DRAYCOTT are other surnames that lived in Tibshelf, Pinxton areas.

 Please could you check whether any of these surnames are mentioned in the book.

Casalguidi, You have been so helpful. i have been looking for Levi's birth /christening for a number of years and proof that his parents were George & Sarah Cockerton I can now definately say that Levi is brother to Charles Cockerton (my GGG Grandfather). It just proves that time & patience is the game to play in genealogy.

I now will have to look at the IGI films for this family. Once again many thanks. You have been so helpful.

There is a Sheffield Crematorium at Grenoside, Sheffield, this is only a few miles from Hoyland, Barnsley.
I am not sure when this crematorium opened but Sheffield Council can be found on internet for contact details etc.

Please would anyone be able to help with increasing a group picture size of my GG grandfather. It was sent to me via email from a contact today not sure DPI scanned. it covers four generations of my family and there may be still living members therefore I would like help via the private messaging system if possible.

The size of the picture is very small and I would like greater definition of the people in the photo and a larger size if possible.
