          Reply posted to Durham Board. I saw it before I went to the Local History Centre at lunchtime.
I check the Northumberland Board more or less every day and the Durham one about once a week so I usually pick up posts on either but the Northumberland is probably quicker

        As a guess I think it is the charge for the burial since it is recorded in the cemetery burial register it could be the charge for person conducting the burial from whichever church it was there is no indication on the register itself

Potts_ Walker, 204 Scrogg Road, suddenly on April 7th, aged 80 years, Sophia dearly loved wife of late Richard Potts. Interment at Walker Churchyard on Wednesday at 11.30 a.m. Service in Walker Methodist Church, Church Street at 11a.m.

     I could not find a notice for William Potts died 7 Jul 1915 within 10 days of this date most noticeswould have been placed within 4 or 5 days of death unless he is a WW1 casualty.
     For the Harbottles you would need a date of death or burial to work from as each year of Evening Chronicle at this time occupies 3 or 4 microfilms. If they were from Tynemouth it might be better to see if anyone can find them in the burial registers for the Tynemouth cemetery.
