Oxfordshire Resources & Offers / Obit in 1988

Will someone be able to tell me if newspapers from 1988 In Oxford are available please.
I would like to know if there was a death notice or obit of the person I am interested in.
Someone who died in the Sept qtr 1988 West Oxfordshire has the same Christian names as a relative who was born in Cornwall as is her married name The birth year is the same but the birth month is May where as I have her born in June.

It's a long shot but I hope that his birth year maybe 1893/1894 and that he was born In Cornwall,England.

What other information will there be?
All I can access is mother Elizabeth Hill and father is William J Richards. My branch but it has his birth date as 5th May 1892 and his birth is abt 1889 in the census when he was living in Cornwall.

Florence and Thomas's children were born in Los Angeles but I cannot find a marriage of these people.
According to the 1920 California census Florence was born in Ireland and Thomas in England.
There is no mention of when the two of them emigrated.
I am hoping that a marriage will tell me who Thomas's parents are.

I have just found this link and it has some of my Richards family. Unfortunately it says this:

There is also mention of William's brother Thomas Henry born 1883/1884.
Reading down through I see that the person who put this online has a photograph taken Christmas 1953. I would like to see this photograph because the only photograph that I have of the Richards family is my g.g.grandmother who would have been an aunt to William Francis and Thomas Henry.

Same family as before re William Francis Richards in South Africa, but different ancestors

The first link has my Richards family with Mary Jane Moyle the mother of William Francis and Thomas Henry but the 2nd link has completely different parents for William Francis

Which is right?
If anyone knows this Richards family I would like to hear from them.

Thomas Tromans born abt 1822 in Rowley Regis, married Phoebe Crampton in 1844 in Cradley, Worcestershire. Thomas's father was William.
I would like to know who Thomas's mother is but am unable to find a baptism,
I have all the information about Thomas and Phoebe and their descendants and just want to know who his mother is.

FindMyPast newspaper has Mr and Mrs WJ Richards returning to the USA by the Majestic on August 25th 1926 after visiting Mr and Mrs WJ Richards for 3 months,
Is it possible to find the incoming manifest please because I would like to know how many times he returned to Cornwall.
He first emigrated in 1913.

Cornwall / Harriett Ann Moyle nee Richards Redruth and family

I am trying to tie up loose ends with this branch of the Richards family.
Harriett Ann Richards bap 1880 in Wales is the daughter of James Richards and Elizabeth Jane Champion. The family return to Cornwall.
Harriett marries Samuel Frederick Moyle.Samuel's dies and his burial is 28 Oct 1908 at Illogan (OPC).
They have 2 sons Frederick James born 1907 and Reginald born 1909.
I have found Harriett in all of the censuses but I can't find a death or remarriage.

Can anybody help please?
According to the 1920 census William J Richards born 1887 Cornwall England emigrated to the USA in 1913.He settled in Michigan and I have found his marriage and also his details in the 1920-1930-1940 censuses.
There is an emigration record for a William J Richards on ancestry but I haven't a subscription.
