Hello

I'm looking for the family of John Bow Gray b 22 Aug 1878 Kilsyth in 1881 & 91 or earlier  ;). 

His parents were Robert Gray c1851 (parents William Gray & Mary Wilson dec bef 1877) and Jane/Jeanie Bow b 26 June 1858 Glasgow (parents John Bow & Agnes Miller).  I've not been able to find Robert's birth details on the IGI

Makes me wonder why young John Bow is staying with his grandparents  ???  I suppose mum may've been ill and her sister came to look after the other children.

Looks like staying with the grandparents was a family tradition!
