Right name, wrong birthdate!  What is the source of the information on your Frederick's date of birth?

I meant wrong year - he's supposed to have been born in 1888 which would make it rather difficult for them to register him in 1887!

sorry - doorbell went!
the source of the date of birth is my grandfather, so may not be right i suppose. i found 2 james news - one married to a ruth and one to a charlotte, but the birth date didn't match. I just want to be sure i have the right one, but have no other info to draw on
