Hi, sorry, only just seen your message.  I have the Marriage of Alice (1869) to my Grt Grandad Robert Theobald.  Her mother was callled Mary Ann.  I have a few piccie's of Bostock St - then & now.  But without your e-mail address I can't get anything through to you.  I just don't know how to do it thru this site - sorry.

Hi Hazel :)

If you click on the little green scroll underneath toffeenose's avatar position, it will bring up a message box  for a personal message that is private between the two of you. You can then get him/her to reply to you by pressing the reply button to your personal message (PM) with her/his e-mail.

Might be an idea to approach the local FHS for the Dumfries area.  Local knowledge can often solve these little problems.
