Hi,

I am looking for William Hubbard born around 1798 in Egerton, Celia hios wife born Stockbury around 1812-15 and there children. I can find them on 18951 census onwards but not the 1841.

Given that CELIA is not common, and the ages of all shown in 1851, and where they were for the younger kiddies birth ...... I wonder ....... ?

PS. That surname doesnt show up in 1851 .....

I wondered if twas a 2nd marriage for Wm - but nowt obvious in Kent to a Celia .... since 1837 anyway

any idea what was Celia's Maiden name ?

In view of the age gap between William & Celia and also their last 2 children, I wonder if this is a second marriage.

1826 8th July By Banns

Mary SEARS  Sp X Tp
Witnesses: Frances Pryer, Sm Cheseman.

Possibly Mary's Burial, in Stockbury:
1846 11th Feb Mary HUBBARD  age 37  of Budds in Thornhill.

I can't find a marriage of William Hubbard to a Celia in Stockbury.

Don't know if this helps but these was one Celia born in Stockbury around the right time :-

Celia Whitehead baptised 24/04/1814 daughter of James and Elizabeth Whitehead
