could anyone please help me with a look up in the 1891 & 1901 census? I am looking for the LOADER Family:

George Frederick ( place of birth unknown) Maybe Dorset?
and his wife Annie
Ernest John Loader born Apr 1890 Sherbourne Dorset.

On Ernests birth certificate 20 Apr 1890 they are living at Hound Street, Sherbourne.

I am also unable to find the marriage of George Frederick to Annie ( Richards ) these are the details on Ernests Birth certificate.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Kindest Regards
Jackie

HI Liz,

Thans for the information, i have been looking about and i think Georges wife Annie died in 1899 in Sherbourne.
There are a couple of marriages in 1901 & 1902 so i wonder if George Frederick re married. But i also wonder where Ernest John has gone in 1901 and i know he had'nt died.

Thanks  for your help
Kindest Regards

There is an 11 year old John Loader born Sherborne,  on the 1901 he is described as adopted.

1901
RG13.  P. 2006  Fol 86  Pg. 1

Folke, Dorset

Jane     ~          Wife  M  45  Glove machinist  B.  Dorset, Sherborne
John Loader  Adopted  11  Schoolboy    B.  Dorset, Sherborne

ADDED : There does not seem to be a birth registration for a plain John Loader 1888 - 1891 in Sherborne  :-\

There is a George of the right sort of age and born Sherborne at RG13 1037 182 4
as a soldier in Barracks in Christchurch, Hants
but he says he is single so I had ruled him out.

Do you have later info on Ernest? like later censuses, a marriage cert, etc.
I wondered as you say you know he is still alive.
