The only Jane Rainey I have is a baptism on 19th Oct 1845 Jane dau, John  + Jane Rainey, Mullanacross in Errigal Truagh Church but there's no marriage there for parents!

The problem is you need to look for Irwin/Urwin/Erwin/Ervine/Irvine.. Rainey/Reaney/Reany etc

Rainey would be easier than Irwin etc to find!

She was born in 1866 ish - when you mean search - do you mean the family search.org site.  I find I don' thave to put in spelling variations - it picks up all them pretty well.    I found a marriage record for  john Erwin and Jane Rainey in 1886 - but it doesn't list the mother of either of them.  It lists the father as James but that name is so common that - Son John and Father James is very difficult to identify the right one.

Marriages normally take place in bride's church, wherever that was,  so a starting point for Raineys.

Alexander Hamilton 1820 (My great,great grandfather)

Eliza Ann Irwin 1829
Robert Irwin 1831 (Died 1834)
Samuel Irwin (1832)
Margaret Jane Irwin (1834)

The four brothers (Alexander/Franis/John/Samuel) emigrated to Canada and originally farmerd in Sarnia Ontario.  There is an Irwin cemetary outside of Sarnia where many of them rest.

Did you look for them in 1901 census?
Where were they?
What age was his wife?
Could she be the same Jane previously mentioned?

Where were they baptised/christened? That I don't know.  All I know is taht the census I found says they were both born in Antrim area.
You found a marriage record for  John Erwin and Jane Rainey in 1886.. Where? - I found a marriage record that lists Jane Rainey and John Erwin married in Kirkinrola church in 1886 and I have to assume it is theres given the location, names and age of their first born child. I found it online at ulsterhistory I beleive. Parents names are missing.
Did you look for them in 1901 census? Found them living in Boyle Ireland.  He was a colpourter - seller of religious books.  They moved a lot - the first children were born in Ballymena - then they move north and west several times.  The ended up back in Ballymena to retire.
Where were they?
What age was his wife?
Could she be the same Jane previously mentioned? - no she was born around 1866 according to her death certificate
