It says he was born 3 Feb. 1897 in Stirling, Scotland, came to the US and directly to Yonkers as a youth, and married Anna Yurch in 1925 at Most Holy Trinity Church. He was survived by his wife, sister Mrs. Paul Brennan of Philadelphia, and a brother in Scotland.

They both have son/brother Michael Mailey, St. Mary's Wynd, Stirling as nearest relative in country from whence they came, and both are going to join daughter/sister Mary Mailey, 514 Gassam St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
