If you have her children's names and dates/places of birth, it might be helpful.

Hello m4773y,

Is this the family you are referring to on the 1901 Census living at 25 Raploch. Stirling. Stirlingshire  ???

John Mailey 30  - Annie Mailey 29  - Michael Mailey 9  - John Mailey 8  -Mary Mailey 6
and Thomas Mailey 3.

A New York Passenger List shows (spelling variation):-   Thomas Mailley. Born about 1897 Stirling. Scotland. Aged about 25 years.Single. Occupation:- Clerk. Travelling Glasgow to New York on SS Elysia - arriving 29 July 1922. Also travelling is Annie Mailley aged 17 years also single. Occupation:- Domestic Servant.  Both Thomas and Annie name the Mother as :- Annie Mailley of 25 Raploch. Stirling. Scotland. There are manifest markings which I think might indicate that Annie was Naturalized in 3 - 11 -1938. They were going to a friend:- Harry Waller. 416 East 79th Street. New York and intended to stay permanently. Neither had been in the UDSA before.
Annie was 5 ft 7 ins. Fresh Complexion. Fair Hair. Grey Eyes. No Distinguishing Marks
Thomas was  5 ft 8 ins. Fresh Complexion. Fair Hair. Grey Eyes. No Distinguishing Marks.

Regards
Sandra

On the marriage index for Westchester Co., New York, there is an entry for Thomas John Mailley and Anna M. Yurch married 1925.  http://www.westchestergov.com/wcarchives/ - see Online Resources, then Online Indexes, then Personal Name Indexes, then Marriage Records.

On www.fultonhistory.com, there is an obituary & death notice for Thomas Mailley, in the Yonkers Herald Statesman from 26 Sep. 1953.  It says he was born 3 Feb. 1897 in Stirling, Scotland, came to the US and directly to Yonkers as a youth, and married Anna Yurch in 1925 at Most Holy Trinity Church.  He was survived by his wife, sister Mrs. Paul Brennan of Philadelphia, and a brother in Scotland.

On the SS Columbia from Glasgow to New York, arriving 13 Mar. 1923, there is Annie Marrie Mailey, age 52, widowed, and John Mailey, age 29, miner, single, both with last permanent residence of Sterling, Scotland.  They both have son/brother Michael Mailey, St. Mary's Wynd, Stirling as nearest relative in country from whence they came, and both are going to join daughter/sister Mary Mailey, 514 Gassam St., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
