please help my Nan passed away last year and left us all with a big mystery she never mentioned her mom and dad apart from there names we are so desperate to find out anything about the pidsley family from any date so we can try to uncover the secret of our family

Hi Tommo
First of all you have to help us by telling us her name and why you think she comes from this area.
Telling us her age would also be good and her marriage date if you can find it. Who ever registered her death must have had her birth certificate and this will give her place of birth.
All this information will give us a good start in helping you.

I think it would be helpful if you kept all your enquiries in one place for this family tommo.  It takes quite a while to do a look-up and it helps if folk know what information you have already got (whether from rootschat or elsewhere) otherwise we end up covering the same ground and you don't get any further forward.

You can always post links to your other queries to avoid the need to type it all out again!
