Trying to unravel this family in the early 1800s. This what we have:
FamilySearch with
father Robert BOSELEY (varied spellings), mother AnnJason BOSELY, baptised 5 AUG 1814 Charlbury, Oxford, England
Elizabeth BOAZLEY, baptised 28 JUL 1816 Charlbury, Oxford, England, died 18 October 1828
Hannah BOZELEY, baptised 1 JUN 1821 Charlbury, Oxford, England
and this one with
father Robert, mother MaryEmanuel BOZELY, Baptised 6 JUN 1819 Charlbury, Oxford, England
We would like to know if he is actually a sibling of Jason. We have him living in Fulham with wife Lydia and chn in 1851. Can't see a marriage for this couple nor find Emannuel in 1841.This family emigrated to Victoria, Australia in 1858.
Jason was a bit naughty in 1834 -
Jason BOSELEY and Edward THORNETT charged at Oxfordshire Lent Assizes with stealing a pair of breeches from Richard Boseley of Ramsden. And got 3 months for his trouble.
Marriage of Jason: (indexed as Borsley) - both parties sign; witnesses make a cross.
7 Sep 1836 at Paddington St James
Jason BOESLY, bachelor, of this parish
Lizzy TURNER, spinster, of this parish
Witnesses: Will'm BOSELEY, Hannah Gardiner
We have information about Jason and Elizabeth after 1851 when they were lin Kensington in 1851 - can't find them in 1841.
Would really appreciate help finding
Robert BOSELEY, birth, death asnd marriage/s to
Ann or Mary. Searches are not helped by the variety of spelling - two different spellings on the marriage3 certificate alone!
Thanks for reading this far!
