George Taylor (c1857.Boyle) Occ.Jeweller/watchmaker, married Sarah Jane Shera(c1860.Boyle). 19 Aug 1880 @ The Parish Church, Boyle.
William Taylor, father, occ Jeweller, John Shera, father, Occ. Farmer.
William Taylor c1818, died 12 Nov 1877, aged 59, and was buried in Boyle parish church. Was married at the time of death, and registered by his son George Taylor.
Children to George & Sarah Jane Taylor.
William Glover Taylor. 1883. Boyle. (Ended up in Saskachewan, with wife Lulu(nee.Carscadden) and son Glover.)
John Shera Taylor. 1884. Boyle.
George Burns Taylor. 1886. Boyle. Died - 1 Oct 1918. WW1. Cambrai memorial. (Canadian Infantry).
Sarah Ann/Amy Taylor. 1888. Boyle.
Albert Edward Taylor. 1902. Boyle.
(not confirmed, need b/cert).
Living in Bridge Street, Boyle in 1901 & 1911. The shop still exists today, but under the MaGee family, who I believe was apprenticed to the Taylor's.
George Burns Taylor, apparently married a Lilly White, and had a daughter Alice.(named on Georges attestation papers). George was widowed at this time.))
Anyone out there with any links to this specific family, or further info on the marriage & daughter of George Burns Taylor.
