John Edward White Benenden Kent

I am trying to find out the birth parents of John Edward white, born 1875 Benenden Kent, also trying to find out when he married, his wife was Lavinia Mary Hook, who was born in Place Wood, Chart Sutton Kent in 1880. Any help would be great.

The more information we have, the more likely you are going to get some concrete information.

Do you have John in any census - if so then do please post the full details.

When/where was John & Lavinia's first child/children born?  That may give us a clue as to when/where they may have married.

I found him in 1901 in Hampton Middlesex, his eldest daughter was born 1908, so I might check Hampton out for a marriage, the family Francis found didn,t seem to be right, my cousin who is tracing the family as well has given me all the details he has found out and they didn't match up. Oh well I will keep trying, thanks Christine.

If you have the birth certificte for the daughter b.1908 thus his wife's name, I would suggest looking for his marriage first for more clues as to his origins.
