Name Please?

Transcribed as Sarah Halson on Ancestry in 1851 and given as a Visitor,after looking at the Census entry I'm uncertain as to whether this is the correct name or not?HO107/2503/396/28.

I'd greatly welcome any thoughts anyone may have on this.

Just possibly Watson. That first letter could be an M though.

I' think  the first letter is an H -  it looks like Halsen to me

PS - another site has it as Halson too

Thanks for your replies,to be honest its a matter of clutching at straws quite frankly!I was looking for it to be a surname beginning with M!
