Just need info on elusive Joseph Charles Hayward

I have to agree with Jool  1891 census looks a strong possibility for Joseph, especially as his mother is named Levania and Joseph & Daisy name their daughter Lavinia

Re: the birth entry CJHH
The district Bedminster spans the boundaries of the counties of Gloucestershire and Somerset

1901 c  living 43, Walter Street, Bristol, Gloucestershire he is noted as Joseph Hayward age 16  born c 1885 Bristol Bedminster
RG13 P2360 F10 Page   11

William D 42 sole cutter - boot trade, Levania 40 Washford Somerset,
William 18, Louis 12, John 7, Edward 6, Lillie 2, Walter  5 mths & JOSEPH 16 occ Inker Boot Trade, All others born Bristol Bedminster
plus a boarder Tom Nichols

Free index 1911 shows him as Joseph Hayward born c1885 Bristol Somerset
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XWX9-749

Free index 1911 William Dyer Hayward
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/X71X-CJW

As William’s middle name is Dyer you can search the 1911 census by surname Hayward and enter his first names in the box headed Other members of the household – this will show you who is living there with him
http://www.rootschat.com/links/017i7/

I’m not seeing a matching birth entry for a Joseph Charles Hayward on FreeBMD there is this
entry

Joseph Hayward Jun qtr. 1885 Yeovil
The district Yeovil is in the county of Somerset

The 1907 marriage certificate for Joseph Charles Hayward & Daisy Walters would confirm his father’s name, their occupations etc.....

Here's 1889 christening details of William Dyer & Levinia son Albert James Marley Hayward
