Sarah Adams: nee Watkins, formerly Green. bc1814-20 Radnorshire,Wales. died after 1874. Not sure if she remained in Essex (Weeley) or moved to London: her son Octavious became a prominent local politician in Colchester. Her two daughters had moved to London (my great grandmother, Jane Rebekah) and Surrey (Sarah Ann Moore nee Green.)
Sarah Adams nee Watkins formerly Green's second marriage to David Adams was in Bethnal Green so its unlikely she would have returned to Essex. This is your previous post regarding the Green family from 2011 and my comments about Sarah's possible death -

David Adams is living with his brother and sister in law in 1881 in Prittlewell, albeit listed as unmarried but its possible his brother wasn't aware that he had married in 1874. As I mentioned in the aforementioned post, it's possible that Sarah's death is the 1880 one in Poplar but you will have to purchase the death certificate to confirm this.
