60 Hope Street Liverpool
« on: Thursday 17 December 15 14:51 GMT (UK) »
Hi all

Is there any way to look up an address in a census? If so would anyone be willing to do so for me please. 60 Hope street in Liverpool, was built in 1820. I am researching the history of the building. Hoping to find out about those who lived there.

Many thanks

Ant

In Kelly's Directory of Liverpool & Birkenhead, 1894, John Bond & Co. piano makers were at 60 Hope Street.

In the 1901 census, the householder is Elizabeth Bond, widow (presumably the piano maker's widow), 73, and her daughters Miriam Bond 46 and Florence Passmore 44. All three were born in Camden Town, London. Two Passmore children were also present.
