Peter's parents have a memorial stone in St Brides, Blair Atholl. We didn't notice it as it is not listed in the Pre-1855 Monument Inscriptions for North Perthshire (Mitchell & Mitchell), but it appears to have been stone 79. This was a fallen stone at the time when the burial ground was surveyed and has since been righted.
The memorial stone was erected by Alexander Stewart, draper in Aberfeldy, who is not mentioned in the Blair Atholl OPR baptisms, so another brother for Peter.
As a result we have carried out a major revision of the web-page for this family
