Worth getting the will?

I assume 11 Banks Road, Frindsbury?  That is the address in 1968 on her fathers death certificate.

Florence Eva Payne born 27th September 1907 died May 1996 in maidstone, Kent.

Looks like there is a grant and will for this one on gov.uk site.  Herbert is probate only.

If you are looking in the 1939 register try 'Dayne' for surname.
