I have an entry on a register for a birth. is this all there would be or would there be an individual certificate in Ireland?

yes i can see image but she is amongst other peoples births.  would she have her own one somewhere else with family information on

Hi. Would someone who doesn't have their father's name put on irish birth certificate be able to use his surname later on in when they moved to England?  She was born in 1913 in a workhouse but used his surname til 1938.
