Michael's birth was at the start of civil registration so look's like he was'nt registered
right hand page 12th Jan 1864

born 8th Jan 1864 at Toorglass ? not registered till 15th April 1864 side note by registrar to be cancelled ? after 3 ?

I am looking for information on the Belmullet Board of Guardians and my GGF Patrick Henry Reilly, b abt 1834-40 d1908 Belmullet, who was Chairman in 1864 and his father Henry Reilly who was also involved at that time.

So how do these relate to your GT Grandfather  Edward O'Reilly abt 1855 Cavan and his wife Margaret abt 1857 Leitrim   ?
