I assume that you have have marriage date and venue  :-\

4 August 1799 - St Aldate, Gloucester (image available on Ancestry)
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Ann - 14 November 1802 - of St Aldate, Gloucester (baptism at St John the Baptist)
Sarah - 24 March 1806 - St Catherine, Gloucester
Charles - 1 February 1807 - St Michael, Gloucester

They are the only two baptisms I can find in Gloucester. They may have moved elsewhere after 1777 and had more but where?
