As mentioned https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ will provide the information.
PELZER   ANNIE AGNES   F   1886   282/3 96   St Clement
PELZER   HENRY FRANCIS   M   1887   282/3 776   St Clement
PELZER   ARNOLD ERNEST E   M   1895   622/1 507   Maryhill
PELZER   WILLIAM CHARLES   M   1898   644/9 380   Kelvin
PELZER   VICTORIA ROBERT   F   1900   644/7 139   Blythswood
PELZER   IRVING EDWARD   M   1905   168/2 2038   St Machar
They seem to have moved around a bit - St Clement is Dundee, Maryhill, Kelvin and Blythswood are Glasgow, and St Machar is Aberdeen.

Do keep us updated if you find them !

Have you ruled out the man with the many aliases as their father .
I thought the fact that he had a son 1892  with first name Pelzer was a good lead . That son was adopted and became known as Peter George KOKLER

The trouble with touring musical directors is that they could end up anywhere .

I think all the revelations on the linked thread http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=821701.0 clearly indicate that Josef Pelzer was not the person John was looking for.

I hadn't realised that Pelzer actually means Peter

So Joseph PELZER would be as common a name as John Peters in UK

The spelling of his parents names would have varied according to which country they lived in

If you find out more about his musical theatre shows in Aberdeen or elsewhere please let me know

It's a really common.name in AustriaPoland Russia and Sweden

Catherine may be found at birth in Prussia as Katherin BRAUN

I hadn't realised that Pelzer actually means Peter.
Neither did I.

I suppose I just assumed it was an occupational surname from the German 'Pelz' meaning 'fur'.
