Good question. I have a theory that he's in Derby in 1841 with wife Ellen (nee Boddy or Hoddy), and then in Manchester in 1851 with sister Ann (married to Henry Walker). The 1851 image looks like someone has thrown Tizer over it, but you can still see this family group at the bottom of the page with George's marital status helpfully left blank. If he'd have married Lydia in Derbyshire (where they both lived), the image would be available. The fact they tied the knot in Nottingham makes me a little suspicious of their motives.
Also in 1841 in Derby, very close to George and Ellen Harrison, is Lydia Buxton. She's with her widowed father Rowland Buxton in 1851 in Lea Bridge, also with her illegimate daughter Martha Ann born 1850.
However, the age for George Harrison in 1841 is 25, which is six years too young. He married Ellen Boddy/Hoddy in 1840 Derby (no image) and had several children with her. I need to dig into this, obviously, but the marriage entry to Lydia Buxton may have been a quicker option.
Edit: four children bp to George and Ellen - Ellen 1837 (possible dr 1841), Catherine 1838 (possible dr 1843), James 1840 (possible dr 1840), Mary 1841 (possible dr 1843). All four children may have died, but what happened to mother Ellen?
