Have found a Thomas Hall 1851 born Clevedon on Gallantry and Long service medals National Archives
 Wouldnt let me buy it last night Will try again tonight

If you mean his medal card then you should be able to download it from TNA free of charge, you just need to be registered with the site

Got birth cert of Thomas hooper 12 June 1852

His father was James and his mother was Jane Hooper formerly Hall James was a labourer Mark of Jane Hooper mother Clevedon  District Yatton Somerset

I dont think this has got me further forward Any ideas please
