Thank you dathai. That is interesting. I had not copped that fact. It is some years since I have looked them up on the census (and my data base is lost!!!). She is only living in two rooms but may have had an interest in other property. Her brother Richard was at this time married. He did not have children. He also had some means because family lore has it he was very supportive of my mother's family when my grandfather (whom he had reared) died so young and left seven young children.
I might have posted this fact before but some years ago I literally stumbled on the Conway grave when I took the wrong route in the graveyard and since then I feel there is a story to be unveiled about the Conways. Ha ha I should be writing novels!
