Possible town of birth and names of parents would be great
She married Michael Maxwell McNamee in Durban South Africa in 1882
Died Durban 1936 age 71

Civil registration of births didn't start until 1864 so you'll need to search for church records. Catholic parish registers (free) on this site which I gave you link to on earlier thread-

There could be details of her birth and parents in South African records so ideally you should be starting your search for her and her husband there.
Possibly died 1936?

Yes, Theresa died 1936 but birthplace just listed as 'Ireland' and parents not listed.
