It's an overview of his military career. I've only done the transcription for now. If someone has time to translate, please feel free to do.

Engagé volontaire pour cinq ans le 29 avril 1882 à la
mairie de Chalon-sur-Saône pour le 4e Régiment d'Artillerie.
Arrivé au Corps le 30 avril 1882 (numéro matricule 2473).
Brigadier le 23 septembre 1883.
Maréchal des Logis le 14 août 1884.
Rengagé pour 5 ans le 19 mars 1887 à la sous-
intendance militaire de Besançon à compter du
29 avril du dit. Admis à l'école de Versailles le 1er avril 1889.
Sous-Lieutenant au 8e Batallion d'artillerie de forteresse (décret du 7 mars 1890).
Lieutenant en 2e le 1er avril 1892. Passé au 8e Régiment d'artillerie
le 13 mars 1895. Lieutenant en 1er le 5 octobre 1895. Passé au 12e
Régiment d'artillerie le 12 juillet 1901. Nommé capitaine en
second au 12e Régiment d'artillerie le 12 octobre 1901.

Passé avec son grade au 28e Régiment d'artillerie en date du 10 janvier 1906. Nommé capitaine en 1er

Nommé capitaine adjudant major au 60e Régiment d'artillerie en date du 9 mars 1910.
