Marsden Liverpool Marriage

Hi Folks,
A little help please.
Cyril Bernard Marsden b. 1926 Wallesey/Birkenhead.  Died 2018  Oregan,USA.
According to his death notice his parents were Abraham Marsden(formerly Mazorkoff) and Gertrude Ellenbogen.  This is correct.
It also states in 1947 he emigrated to Canada and  his wife was Ethel D. Marsden and in 1957 they emigrated to the USA.  Ethel D. was born in Scotland in 1926 and died in 2017 in USA.

I am trying to find the marriage of Cyril and Ethel D.  ??. and presume it was in Liverpool area. Had no joy with BMD UK.  Also looking for the birth of Cyril Bernard and again no joy with BMD UK.

Appreciate any help and thank you in anticipation.

Ethel's obituary (I think 2007 rather than 2017?) refers to her being the sister of "Monte Craviss". This seems to be Montague Craviss which led me to Ethel Doreen Craviss b 1926, Gorbals (Scotlands People).

A tree on Ancestry has the marriage 25/12/1949 in Toronto, Canada.

I note the headstone on find a grave for Cyril born 21 May 1926. None for Ethel

I wonder?

I am 72 - and in the 1950's my Dr was Dr Ellenbogen - Dutch descendant  - his practice was in Gateacre Village ,Liverpool..

Practice History
This practice has been providing medical services to the practice population since 1947, when Dr Saul Ellenbogen returned from overseas military service and started his medical practice here in Gateacre.  He was later joined by his brother Wilfrid who practiced with him from the Hunts Cross Avenue branch surgery until Wilfrid's death in the early 1980's

Dr Ellenbogen retired in 1991 at the age of 75 years and passed away in 1999.
