If searching Minnie Waugh, she DID pass away in 1955, as opposed to cemetery/findagrave which says 1953.

Looks like John, Minnie and Nora are shown living in Keremos, BC in the 1921 census. I did not find a marriage for John and Minnie in BC Vital Statistics.
