The ones up to 1921 can be found on the irishgenealogy site. Here’s Hester, for example:

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1920/01218/1507005.pdf

Richard in 1922 is on the GRONI website:

https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk

That’s pay to view (£2.50 a certificate). There may have been more children after Richard but being less than 100 years ago, they are not on-line. They are open to the public just not on-line. You can either go into GRONI and search yourself or pay them to search for you.

You might not be able to see this at the moment but I think this is Richard in 1901
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Derrygortrevy/Drumcoo/1738996/

The marriage says both he and Caroline are 19 but in 1911 they claim to be in their 30s or possibly 20s looks like the numbers were altered.

Also he says his father was a Land Steward but the births of the children in the census give the father as a labourer but the name is Richard Edmond on this 1882 birth.

These little differences are not unusual but mean this needs more checking

Who could have altered the ages?

Maybe not altered just Richard has difficult handwriting, ages can be very fluid in these records people often didn’t know their age, best guess isn’t unusual.

No I’m not in Northern Ireland.
