Pure speculation, but a married farmer Alexander Canavan died at Derryadd in 1882:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1882/06388/4834093.pdf

And a Sarah Cannivan, the widow of a farmer, died at Derryadd in 1889:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1889/06128/4750193.pdf

There are a couple of townlands called Derryadd in the vicinity, this one in Tartaraghan Civil Parish:
https://www.townlands.ie/armagh/oneilland-west/tartaraghan/killyman/derryadd/

And this one in Montiaghs Civil Parish:
https://www.townlands.ie/armagh/oneilland-east/montiaghs/montiaghs/derryadd/

Nothing else thus far to say that these are the right folk, so just to note for now.

Edited to add:  The Valuation Revision Books indicate that it was Derryadd in Montiaghs C.P. -  if I'm reading the notation correctly, it looks like the Alexander in Derryadd leased a house and weaving shop there from 1875.

Just looking at the naming patterns so far, it's interesting to see the following entry taken from the Tithe Applotment Books:

Canovan, Richard
Townland: Ballynary
   [comment: ie. Ballynery]
Year: 1833-Montiaghs-Armagh

According to the following civil record of marriage, a Patrick Cannavan of Derryadd married a Jane Farrell in 1888: https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1888/10756/5922609.pdf

Patrick's father was recorded as Alexander Cannavan, a deceased farmer, which fits with the Alexander Canavan who died in 1882 at Derryadd.  Patrick's age at marriage was given as 27, placing birth c. 1861, so not that far off 1859, when Alexander Canavan and Sarah McCann had their son Patrick baptised.

Just to note as possible siblings of Mary Ann Galway...  I can see transcripts of baptisms in Seagoe Church of Ireland parish for children of a William and Sarah Galway (no maiden name mentioned for Sarah): Margaret 1833 (address = Tarsan); Elizabeth 1835 (address = Tarsan); Benjamin 1838 (address = Tarsan); William 1840 (address = Tarsan); Jane 1846 (address = Drumnagoon); William John 1851 (address = Tarsan). I haven't yet found a Mary Ann but as you can see, there are gaps where she could have been born / baptised, so for now, just to post this as a possibility until it can be ruled in or out.

Finally, I've found a transcript of a possible baptismal entry for Mary Anne Galway, baptised in that name on 22 April 1842 in Seagoe Church of Ireland Parish, father recorded as William Galway of Drumnagoon... but the snag is that the mother is transcribed as as Anne, not Sarah.  I would love to see an image of the original register myself to make my own judgement on whether it says 'Anne' or not.  Or perhaps it says Anne and Sarah Killow was more fully Sarah Anne Killow?

Anyhow, when I consider this baptism in the overall context of the other baptisms, with the geography (Drumnagoon), the father's name (William Galway) and the church (Seagoe Parish Church), my gut is telling me that this is indeed the Mary Anne who married Richard Canavan.

Possible marriages for siblings of Mary Anne Galway, all in Seagoe CoI Parish Church:

- Benjamin Galway of Tarsan to Mary Jane Caddle in 1861:

- William John Galway of Ballynery to Lizzie McNiece in 1873:

- Elizabeth Galway of Ballynery to Thomas Holland, also in 1873:
