Thanks for that, JR, but I am leaning towards it being the Paddock just to the west of Huddersfield. This was 1772 and Huddersfield would have been much smaller and Paddock, a 1.4 miles walk or so away, would, I feel, have been seen as a separate place. Also, there was a Friends' Meeting House at that Paddock just west of Huddersfield and not, as far as I can find, at Paddock in any of those other places.
