Thank you, Mowsehouse and river Tyne Lass for your kind thoughts and morale booster.
Sorry for a maudlin observation on a pleasant topic. Take no notice, I'm my Dad's daughter - a glass half empty type!

You have every right to be apprehensive Susie.....

I'm afraid that I too will be awaiting a medical appointment for the following day, so you won't be alone in !Apprehension Alley".

Oh, very best wishes for those having operations or investigations .
You would not be normal if you did not have some anxiety but think how many get through such things every day.
I am looking forward to reading all went well for you .

Thanks to you all. My worst apprehension is always having to drive there and back, gets me so stressed.

Sorry to hear of upcoming medical procedures and anxiety it’s causing. I’m sure as others have said these things are routine for the medics and you’ll be in good hands.
I wish all the best of luck to you and we’ll be thinking of you.

On a different matter ( the title of the post) I shall, as I have done for many years, be writing my daily events, thoughts of the day etc and send it off to Mass Obs.
The diaries are used by scholars/researchers to read to aid writing papers etc and I’m sure even what we might consider a mundane day could have a little nugget of information that could help someone somewhere to add interest or facts to a paper. Obviously the day of the week changes every year and what we do on given days also changes!

Good luck with your diary tomorrow.
