Hello,
My great grandmother born in Scotland moved to South Shields with her first husband. After he passed, she re married a William Campbell.

Johan Manson in 1891 appears to be living in a boarding house with her children, where William Campbell was a Boarder. 14 &15 John Street Westoe South Shields.
Johan and William had three children, the eldest Kenneth went to war and died. The two girls

Annie May Campbell was born on the fifth May 1897 at 2 Franklin Street South shields, Father William Campbell (Cartman), Morther Johanna Campbell late Manson formerly Hendry. Informant: The mark of Johanna Campbell-Mother- 2 Franklin Street, South Shields. Registered on the Fourteenth June 1987, James Sedcole-registrar.

I found a marriage for Annie May. But I don't seem to be able to find any information on Margaret Johnstone Campbell.

Would appreciate any help given.

I will get those certificates for both girls. They are my grand aunts.

As for the marriage of Margaret to William Downie. It is not the correct Margaret. I bought that certificate and have it in front of me.

The Margaret that married William Downie's father was Peter Campbell.
My Margaret's parents were William Campbell and Johan Campbell, formerly Manson nee Hendry.

William Campbells obituary also states Derby Terrace, internment Harton wife Johanna he died 24 th Feb 1940, and Johanna died 10 months later, Johanna a native of Thurso,
