Hello dollopofdusesbury    Welcome to RootsChat

We really need more information to try to help. What documents do you have? A birth or marriage certificate?
Where did your Alice May live?
Where and when did she die? and under what name?
Who did she marry, where and when?
What were her children and where were they born? (only don't post names of any living person)

I can see an Alice Mary daughter of a Samuel Bowen born in Calcutta, but the dates don't really match anything that you have posted.

There was a Samuel William Bowen born abt 1832, from Peterborough, who was an engineer working in India, possibly with the railways.
He married in 1893 Calcutta to Adelaide Virginia Gasper. There were children born before the marriage.    They had a daughter named Alice Mary born in 1884 (not 1877).

Well, if she married at age 16, in 1899, she wasn’t born in 1877.
The birth for her that I found is probably correct.
This is her birth record……

I hope we get a reply from dollopo……

They had 2 children possibly more.
Mabel Alice born 25 February 1901

Adelaide Virgina Gasper
Born  22 September 1855
Baptised 2 February 1856 Calcutta Old Church, Fort William in Bengal

Mother Elizabeth Ann SMITH
No father

Marriage of Adelaide Virgina GASPER to Samuel William Bowen
She says her father is Malcolm GASPER

Samuel William at that marriage says he is a Bachelor & father is David.

A Malcolm GASPER died and his will was dated 1851 proved in 1856.
Died 16 December last past.
He was an “Armenian Inhabitant of the Town of Calcutta”
Wife is Aurripsimah

Sons , Gasper, Arratoon Malcolm*, Peter, Marcas & Nicholas,
Daughters Elizabeth S.George Bagram & Rosanna Manook A David.

(Rosanna was given her portion at her marriage, so she doesn’t share in the final estate)

‘A hereditary share has devolved to me and after my death to them, from my maternal Grandmother’s **death as per 5th Article of her will dated the 29th January 1823 and I draw the attention of my Executrix and Executors to be guided accordingly. A copy of the will and a copy of Mr Morton’s opinion are enclosed herein also a list of the title deeds etc etc. “

* named as an executor  Arratoon Malcolm,  in the main body of the will he is just listed as Aratoon, so likely doesn't normally go by Malcolm.
** sadly the grandmother is not named. (or not that I can see)  these images are on FindMyPast
